2026 Corporate Governance Roundtable in London, U.K.

On June 3, 2026, Pomerantz will bring together general counsel, professionals from some of the largest pension funds, and global leaders for its bi-annual Corporate Governance Roundtable held in London, U.K.–featuring special guest speaker, former British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson. The roundtable will include discussion on topics ranging from corporate governance, investment strategy, ESG and investor rights to recent developments in securities litigation. The roundtable will conclude with remarks from guest speaker, Baroness Brady of Knightsbridge CBE.

2024 Corporate Governance Roundtable in London, U.K.

Held in London, U.K. on June 18, 2024, Pomerantz brought institutional investors and global leaders together for its inaugural international Corporate Governance Roundtable—featuring former British Prime Minister Sir Tony Blair and bold dialogue on topics ranging from corporate governance, greenwashing, artificial intelligence to the latest developments in securities ligation. The roundtable concluded with a special fireside chat where Britain’s most successful female Olympian, Dame Laura Kenny, reflected on how embracing both triumphs and failures shaped her phenomenal athletic career.

2022 Corporate Governance Roundtable in Beverly Hills, CA

Hosted in Beverly Hills, California on June 14, 2022, Pomerantz’s 2022 Corporate Governance Roundtable in collaboration with the Corporate Governance Institute, united global investors and corporate governance professionals for discussions on ESG risks, investor engagement, and the importance of corporate board diversity. Featuring guest speakers Former President Bill Clinton and former Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Robert Jackson Jr., sessions tackled fiduciary duty, forced arbitration, and how corporate governance priorities have changed post-COVID.

2018 Corporate Governance and Securities Litigation Roundtable in New York, NY

On October 23, 2018, Pomerantz presented its 2018 Corporate Governance and Securities Litigation Roundtable in New York City. Organized by Jennifer Pafiti, the roundtable brought together Institutional Investors to discuss topics such as diversity, ethics, and accountability in investing and corporate culture. The 2018 Roundtable theme highlighted women and minorities who have risen through the ranks and paved the way for change and unity in their communities. Partners Jeremy A. Lieberman and Gustavo F. Bruckner spoke at the event, and panels covered topics like ESG, ethical investing, and post-#MeToo governance.
