
Ryan Maistre
Staff AttorneyRyan Maistre focuses his practice on shareholder litigation and corporate governance matters. As a member of the Corporate Governance practice group at Pomerantz, he assists in the prosecution of shareholder actions involving breaches of fiduciary duty, corporate misconduct, merger and acquisition transactions, and other matters including those arising under Delaware corporate law.
Ryan’s experience includes working on significant shareholder actions, including shareholder derivative and class actions such as In re Lordstown Motors Corp. Stockholders Litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, which resulted in a $15.5 million settlement for the class. He has assisted in stockholder demands, books-and-records proceedings, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and other aspects of complex shareholder litigation.
Ryan received his B.A., cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, with a Concentration in Business and Financial Law. While in law school, he was a member of Fordham Environmental Law Review.
He is admitted to practice in New York.
