Justin D. D’Aloia

Justin D. D’Aloia is a leading class action attorney who specializes in securities fraud litigation. He has extensive experience litigating high-profile cases in federal and state courts across the United States against companies that operate in the financial services, life sciences, real estate, technology, and retail industries. His practice covers all aspects of dispute management, from pre-suit demand through trial or settlement.

Justin has secured a number of meaningful recoveries for investors. He recently negotiated a $172.5 million settlement for investors in Danaher Corporation, which remains subject to court approval. Justin also recently finalized a $10.5 million settlement with biotechnology company Immunity Bio for investors who said the company misled them about the likelihood of U.S. FDA approval of its bladder cancer drug.

Before joining Pomerantz, Justin was counsel at a large international law firm, where he focused on securities litigation and other complex shareholder class action litigation.
