
Charles Wood
AssociateCharles Wood focuses his practice on securities litigation.
Before joining Pomerantz, Charles was an associate at a prominent New York law firm, where he focused his practice on complex securities class actions. He graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of The Brooklyn Law Review. During law school, Charles interned with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and for Justice Barbara Jaffe of the New York Supreme Court. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College Chicago, majoring in Music Composition.
Charles is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
