On 27 January at 12:00 pm EST, renowned class action plaintiff and defense lawyers shared understandings in the NERA Insights webinar “The State of Securities Class Actions: 2020 Trends and a Look Ahead.”

This complimentary CLE webinar guided participants through the key findings of NERA’s annual report “Recent Trends in Securities Class Actions” and featured a panel discussion on potential developments in the year ahead, as well as panelists’ thoughts on forthcoming decisions from the Supreme Court and the California and New York Courts of Appeals, the impact (or lack thereof) of COVID-19, litigation involving foreign-based companies, insurance issues, and more.
