On February 11, 2020, Pomerantz LLP was appointed Lead Counsel in a securities litigation class action lawsuit against Canopy Growth Corporation, alleging that the Company issued false and/or misleading statements that exaggerated or overestimated the potential market for its legal recreational marijuana products in Canadian retail stores and consequently misrepresented its inventory, to its financial detriment.
