Justin Krumper focuses his practice on securities litigation.
Prior to joining Pomerantz, Justin was an associate at a prominent securities litigation firm in New York where he successfully litigated complex securities fraud matters.
Justin graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2022, with honors, and was an Associate Editor of The American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal, where he authored the publication “From Lil Wayne’s ‘Lighter Flick’ to Travis Scott’s ‘It’s Lit,’ the Future of Sound Trademark in the Music Industry,” 50-1 AIPLA Q.J. (2022). In addition, Justin was a George Washington scholar, a Thurgood Marshall scholar, and received the Dean’s Recognition for Professional Development.
Justin received his B.S. from Florida State University in 2019, cum laude, where he double majored in Finance and Political Science, was a Presidential Scholar, and was a part of the Honors Student Program.
