Jeremy Allen-Arney focuses his practice on securities litigation. Jeremy is a member of the Firm’s Case Originations team, identifying and investigating potential violations of the federal securities laws.
Before joining Pomerantz, Jeremy was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he focused his practice on securities litigation, internal investigations, and complex commercial disputes.
Jeremy earned his law degree from The George Washington Law School, where he served as the first Black Editor-in-Chief of The George Washington Law Review. Jeremy graduated with high honors, received the ALI CLE Law Scholarship and Leadership Award, and was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif. During law school, Jeremy interned with the Special Litigation Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and the Legal Aid Society’s Housing Help Program. Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, where he majored in Philosophy.
